Referral Program FAQs
How do I find my referral code?
Log in to your Resound Customer Portal at http://my.resoundnetworks.com. Your unique code and shareable link live on your home page (look for "Share & Earn") and in the Referrals tab. If you have trouble logging in or can't find your code, please give us a call at (800) 806-1719.
How do I share my code?
Copy your link from the portal and text, email, or post it. Or just give someone your code — they can enter it at checkout or share it with a Resound representative on the phone.
When do I get my gift card?
Once your referred friend has been an active Resound customer in good standing for 30 days, you and your referral will each be eligible for a $100 digital gift card. Gift cards are typically delivered within 30 to 90 days after eligibility is confirmed.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No! There is no limit to your earning potential with our referral program. Refer as many friends, family, or businesses as you'd like.
Can I refer someone who already has Resound?
Referrals are for new Resound customers only.
What if my friend didn't use the code at sign-up?
A Resound team member can apply the code to their account before activation. Just have them mention your name or code when they call.
What if I can't log in to my account?
Reach out to support at (800) 806-1719 and we can help you find your code or apply one to a friend's order.
How long do I have to use my referral reward gift card?
Referral reward gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date they are sent. Be sure to redeem and use your gift card within that timeframe, whether it was delivered by email or mail. Expired gift cards are not eligible for replacement or reissuance.

Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The Resound Real Life Rewards Program is open to existing Resound Networks customers in good standing. To qualify as “in good standing,” the referring customer must have no past due payments.
Referred Customers: The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously subscribed to Resound Networks services. Existing or former customers are not eligible to be referred under this program. Referral rewards are designed for helping new customers discover Resound. Rewards are not available for a customer's own additional accounts, service locations, or properties they own or manage. Referrals must be between separate households or businesses.
Referral Period: Effective September 28, 2026, only referrals that result in new installations are eligible for rewards. Referral codes must be applied before service activation and within 30 days of account creation.
Referral Rewards: Once the referred customer has successfully signed up, activated service, and remained in good standing for 30 days, both the referrer and referred customer will become eligible for a $100 digital gift card. Eligible rewards are typically issued within 30 to 90 days after eligibility is confirmed.
Gift Card Expiration: Gift cards issued through the Resound Real Life Rewards Program must be redeemed and/or used within 90 days of the date they are sent, whether delivered electronically or by mail. Expired gift cards are not eligible for replacement, reissue, or cash value.
Program Abuse: Resound Networks reserves the right to review referrals and withhold or revoke rewards if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms is detected.
Changes to the Program: Resound Networks reserves the right to modify or terminate the Resound Connect Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
