Resound Networks’ GOCare program offers customers a convenient and easy way to access their account information through two-way SMS messaging. With GOCare, customers can quickly and securely retrieve important account details such as their balance, payment due date, payment confirmation, and account changes, all from the comfort of their mobile device.
Using GOCare is effortless and accessible to all customers with a wireless phone, regardless of their technical expertise. As long as they can open a text message, they can use GOCare. Please be aware that your mobile service provider may charge you for sending and receiving text messages, depending on the terms of your mobile account.
GOCare’s SMS messaging functionality provides an added layer of convenience for customers who need to quickly check their account information while on the go.
Text the word BAL to 800-806-1719 at any time during the month to receive a text message with your current balance due & the date it is due.
Text the word APPT to 800-806-1719 to receive a text message with any scheduled appointment you might have.
Text the word STOP to 800-806-1719 at any time during the month to stop receiving text account alerts to your mobile phone.
Text the word PAY to 800-806-1719 at any time during the month to receive a text message with your most recent payment posted to your account and when it was posted.
Text the word HELP to 800-806-1719 to receive a text with available KEYWORDS to access your account information and a hotlink to more information.
Text the word ACCT to 800-806-1719 at any time to receive your account number on your mobile phone.
GOCare is a mobile account alert platform proactively delivering account information (statements, balance, due date, payment confirmation, appointment reminders, and more). Information can be initiated by either Resound Networks or the Customer with the use of “KEYWORDS”. More information can be found at our website at http://www.resoundnetworks.com/alerts.
GOCare is faster and easier than calling the call center or logging on the website. You have immediate access to important account information (like that referenced above) faster and more conveniently. A record of your account status is stored in your SMS history for quick reference.
NO! Resound Networks will send customers 3 - 5 messages per month. Examples may include: balance amount, your payment is due (and/or past due), and appointment confirmations if applicable. Customers may initiate these inquiries by using the KEYWORDS shown below.
NO! Resound Networks protects its customers and their account information and will never sell or share it for any reason. You will only get text messages from Resound Networks through the GOCare service.
Resound Networks does not charge for GOCare. Customers’ mobile service provider may charge the mobile user to send / receive text messages depending on the terms of their mobile account.
Resound Networks customers do agree to accept text messages per the Company’s Terms and Conditions; however, customers may opt-out at any time by texting STOP to 800-806-1719.
No. GOCare recognizes upper and lower-case letters as the same.
Customers must be opted-in to the GOCare system again if they get a new mobile phone number – not if they get a new phone with the same number. Please ensure you update your Resound Networks’ account with your new mobile contact number (and delete the old mobile number).
