Do I need a phone line or cable connection to use Resound internet?

No. Fiber internet does not require a phone line or cable connection. We bring the fiber line directly to your home and connect it to your equipment.

What kind of equipment is installed at my home?

We install a small fiber connection point on your home and provide a router inside. This setup powers fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout your home.

How does pre-installation work? How soon can I get installed?

With pre-installation, we complete your installation now so you’re ready when service goes live. There’s no charge until activation—and you’ll be first in line to get connected. Pre-install appointments are available now. Our team schedules quickly, and completing your install early ensures you’re ready to go live as soon as service is activated in your area.

Do I need to be home for installation?

Yes. Someone 18 or older will need to be present during the installation to give our technician access to your property, review setup details, and make sure everything is working properly before we leave.
